The Scrum Guide is a few pages long. The exam does not test how much you have read but how precisely: “accountable” is not “responsible”, the Developers own the Sprint Backlog, only the Product Owner can cancel a Sprint.
| Sprint | One month or less |
|---|---|
| Sprint Planning | At most eight hours for a one-month Sprint |
| Daily Scrum | 15 minutes |
| Sprint Review | At most four hours for a one-month Sprint |
| Sprint Retrospective | At most three hours for a one-month Sprint |
| Scrum Team | Typically 10 or fewer people |
Read The Scrum Guide twice, slowly, with a pen. Note every “only”, “must” and time-box. Then practise with timed sets: if you can explain why each wrong option is wrong, you are ready.
