PRINCE2 7 Foundation and Practitioner can both be self-studied, so the exam package is a complete route on its own. These are the real package prices, what each one contains, and the shortcut that lets many candidates skip Foundation altogether.

PeopleCert, which owns PRINCE2, does not publish one retail exam fee: vouchers are sold through accredited partners, usually together with the official manual. These are GoToCertify's packages, in euro and excluding VAT.

Every package includes the exam voucher, the official eBook and the Learning Resource Kit. eLearning adds about nine hours of official interactive modules and auto-marked sample papers. eLearning+ adds the official mock exam and a free exam re-take.
Practitioner has a prerequisite, but PRINCE2 7 Foundation is only one of the ways to meet it. PeopleCert also accepts:

A PMP holder can therefore go straight to Practitioner for EUR 697, instead of paying for both exams.

The two exams are not alike. Foundation is 60 questions in 60 minutes, closed book, pass mark 60%. Practitioner is 56 questions worth 70 marks in 150 minutes, open book with the official manual, pass mark 42 of 70.
eLearning+ includes the re-take. Otherwise PeopleCert's Take2 re-sit option has to be bought before the first attempt; it is valid for six months from the initial exam date and cannot be added after a fail.
PRINCE2 7 certifications are renewed every three years with 60 CPD points, logged through PeopleCert Plus membership.
