Training, exams and certification
One Foundation, six modules and four designations. Which modules make which designation, which ones need accredited training, and where an ITIL 4 holder can join the path.

An ITIL 4 certificate is itself a valid prerequisite for the Version 5 modules, so the Bridge is optional.
All six are 40-question, 90-minute, open-book exams with a pass mark of 70% (28 of 40), available in nine languages.

"Training mandatory" means an Accredited Training Organization course or ITIL Official eLearning: PeopleCert does not release the result without proof of completion.

Transformation is in three designations out of three. It is the module to plan for whichever designation you aim at.
Practice modules are not released yet. Until the Version 5 practice modules arrive, PeopleCert accepts the ITIL 4 Specialist certificates Monitor, Support and Fulfil; Plan, Implement and Control; or Collaborate, Assure and Improve as the practice requirement for Practice Manager.

Work back from the designation. Transformation is required for Managing Professional, Strategic Leader and Practice Manager, so it is never a wasted step.
Yes. Each module needs only the Foundation-level prerequisite; the designation is awarded when the set is complete.
They carry a three-year renewal date, renewed through PeopleCert Plus CPD or by passing another ITIL certification.
Not in the designations published so far. It is a standalone module with no prerequisite.
