Prerequisite: Any ITIL 4 certification, ITIL Foundation (Version 5) or ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5).
Training is mandatory: training through an Accredited Training Organization or ITIL Official eLearning. PeopleCert states that exam results will not be released without proof of completion.
That is why the Exam Bundle is sold for re-sits only. For a first attempt, choose eLearning or eLearning+: the ITIL Official eLearning they include satisfies the training requirement.

For a first attempt, eLearning or eLearning+ — the official eLearning is what satisfies the mandatory training. eLearning+ adds the official mock exam and a free re-take. The Exam Bundle is only for re-sits.
