You can retake a failed PeopleCert exam, but only as a new booking. If you bought Take2 before the exam, one resit is already covered: take it within six months of the first attempt. Without Take2, you pay the exam price again.

Six months from the date of your first exam: you must schedule and complete the resit within that period. Take2 does not extend any eLearning access.

No. Take2 is exam-specific: it can only be used for the exam you originally purchased.
For PeopleCert Plus members, yes: a Take2 re-sit comes with every exam they schedule during the year.
It depends on the exam. For PRINCE2 7 Foundation it is 36 out of 60 (60%) in 60 minutes.
Ask the Accredited Training Organization to add a Take2 re-sit option to your online exam.
