Which level should I start with?

Foundation, if you are new to the standard. Practitioner requires ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation or ITIL Foundation. Auditor is for those who audit a service management system.

How much does it cost?

From €640 per participant, exam included, with a minimum of four participants. Prices exclude VAT; ask for a quote for your group.
