Training, exams and certification
EXIN does not publish a list of certified people. It offers something more precise instead: an authentication tool that confirms one specific certificate, as long as you have three details taken from it.

EXIN's certificate authentication page needs:
| Last name | The holder's surname, as printed on the certificate |
|---|---|
| Certificate number | Printed underneath the signature on the certificate |
| Module | The exam, chosen from a dropdown |
| Result | An immediate confirmation, and a Document of Proof you can download |
The tool covers certificates awarded from 2011 onwards. For an older certificate, or if the tool does not return what you expect, the route is EXIN's support team — and EXIN needs the holder's permission before it confirms any details to an employer.
An old badge link may no longer open. EXIN used to issue digital badges through its EXeed platform, which was available only until 31 March 2025. Rely on the certificate number, not on a badge link.
Sources. The fields, the 2011 limit and the consent rule on this page were read on EXIN's own website and support pages, checked in October 2026.
Our exam simulators run each exam the way the exam body runs it — same question style, same clock, same pass mark.
